Take on one issue at a time. You can very easily succumb to stress if you extend yourself too thin. It's o.k. to recognize your limitations. Don't over extend yourself.

There are a lot of things that cause stress. Take stock of your life and observe where your stress is coming from. Then take crucial action to cut that stress. You may have to change some habits, you may even have to modify how you experience things. Reducing your level of stress should take first place of the order of importance.
